The Houses (Loretxea I, Loretxea II)
LORETXEA is situated on a small plateau, overlooking the Basin of Pamplona and its extensive cereal fields.
The fact that it is near the main roads means it can easily be reached, and also makes it easy to travel to different places of tourist interest in the surroundings.
Due to its singular location, just 11 km from Pamplona, LORETXEA offers facilities for rural tourism and also accommodation enabling guests to carry out activities in Pamplona (Industry, University, Hospitals, etc.).
The house was recently restored, respecting both the architecture and materials and the type of construction found in the area, following which this large farmhouse was converted into two attractive, comfortable, practical rural cottages..
The furniture is made of high-quality wood, and most of it has been recovered and restored by the owners.
History
